People In The Street (2017)
VideoPassersby are usually simply background. However, once I focus on them and imbue them with narratives, they no longer remain as mere background but become people with individual meanings, creating a relation.
This work consist of photos of pedestrians in Jongno that are captured from Google Street View. I created fictional narratives around their actions and thoughts based on the information given only through these limited images. This kind of projection is not much different from the ways in which we often judge others at will.

The Photo book with short stories based on the preceding work. It’s using cd album form as each photo in this book has their own separated stories as the music album does.
